My name is Derrick and my wife’s name is Sarah, if you’re interested in finding a paint contractor that you can trust give us a call. Our Cape Cod painting company is fully licensed and insured. Schmidt Painting only hires the very best Cape Cod painters.

On every estimate I really take the time to look at problem areas that you may have and discuss with you the possible reasons for the issues at hand and how to properly fix them. At the estimate I’ll do a walk around with and explain the steps we’ll take to make your paint job last longer and protect your property. I hold a master stain certifacatoin from Benjamin Moore this allows me to quickly and confidently diagnose.

What makes our company different? We really want your painting to last as long as possible. Where other exterior companies hope your paint job lasts 5 years, our goal is to produce house painting that will last at least 7 to 12 years.

Derrick and his crew did an excellent job. My home was pressure washed, prepped and painted. A rooftop deck was removed, new support beams were added, then an azek deck and railing were installed. Derrick was great. He helped me choose the exterior color- custom- and took great care at ensuring that my landscaping was not damaged during the painting process.
